UNITEL is a member of the State Department's Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and its staff has many years of senior government service, with such agencies as the Department of Justice, U.S. Marshals and the CIA. The alliance is licensed by the State of New York and NY Security Products holds a U.S. Department of Energy "Q" (Top secret) clearance.
